    1) if you have a prepaid card, type RELOAD space PIN NUMBER send to 1510,

    2) if you don't have a prepaid card, ask someone in the Phiilppines to buy you one, give your the number and do (1) above; or, try these:

    3) request someone in the Philippines to PASALOAD to your cel number

    4) request someone in the Philippines to ELOAD to your cel number

My friend in Canada tried to register to smart web connect to enable him to activate international roaming in his smart sim card but he doesnt seem to receive verification code to complete registration. Will he receive verification code even if he is already outside the country? Is there any other method to activate international roaming while abroad?

I activated roaming service when I went to Indonesia. Unfortunately my battery went out and I transferred my SIM card to another phone. When I opened it, I received about seven messages from different persons but there is error message – message cannot be displayed. Is it still possible to retrieve these messages? Please tell me how. Thanks mucho!

When you buy the super SIM 3 card, does it come preloaded with a specific amount/airtime? I’m asking because I would like to buy a super SIM 3 card on Ebay. It says that the card is already activated for roaming. I’m confused about that because there has to be a balance of P100 to activate roaming but the “activated cards” on eBay are not described as being “pre-loaded.”
