Spend Your Money Wisely
There are many people think that credit is one way to help alleviate everyday finances. It may be possible, but in my perception it will depend on your capacity to pay. It will be varied from differences in culture and financial stability.
Some countries like for example in the United States, credit card is a necessity, where credits are often paid in low interest. But in countries like the Philippines, it is perhaps considered as burden in setting financial goals, even financial gurus does not recommend it either.
I have prepared few tips to avoid credits or debts.
First, do not rely on your credit card or cash advance inheritance and use it for your everyday expenses. Some credit card holders pay only the interest when due dates come. Why not pay the whole amount if you have an extra money to pay for it.
Second, make sure to pay credit card on time. It’s one way to get out of debt slowly.
Third, do not act as an impulsive buyer. This is one of the biggest problems to credit card holders. Try to make a plan. Prioritize your needs. Consider the least important.
