Privacy Policy : New Google AdSense Terms

677 views

by Ambo on March 1, 2008

If you notice when you log in to your Google Adsense account, a new TOS will pop out requiring you to accept the New Google Adsense Terms. In my case, i just click the accept button knowing that it was again to verify my account.

Google announced this new changes;

We’ve also added some specific requirements that make it necessary for publishers to post and abide by a transparent privacy policy that users see. According to this policy, publishers must notify their users of the use of cookies and/or web beacons to collect data in the ad serving process. This change relates to advertisers’ use of innovative products and features like Gadget Ads and other offerings in the future.

You can use this Privacy Policy Generator or you can edit my own Privacy Policy.

I already made my own Privacy Policy in all of my blogs using Google Adsense. Do it before they ban your account!

This post just goes to show the ‘respect’ you can expect to receive in the ‘Blog World’ when you offer genuinely constructive and helpful content to your readers.

This was a very helpful post. I’m rather glad you appeared at Number 1 in Trafficjam.com or I’d have missed it, and like most, I DID just click through the page that announced the new terms & conditions.

Many thanks,

Pete.

KKK, magkaiba yun kapatid. Gawin mo separate then kung wala ng pwesto, lagay mo sia sa footer mo tulad ng ginagawa ng iba.
