Pay-Per-Play Audio Advertisement A Scam?

Pay-Per-Play a new form of advertising that people wouldn’t want whenever they visit a site. Why? This new advertising company offers a new style of advertisement. The audio ads will play automatically when you open a site.
Unlike others, like Google Ads which seems a lot acceptable since it only displays ads in a form of links and images. If some people find this ads annoying, what more with the sounds that will play every 3 minutes on each page. Though the 5 second advertisement seems too short, but every 3 minutes interval is quite disturbing. And to think, the audio has no other way to turn it off, but to turn off your mute button is the best thing that you can do. What else?
Pay-Per-Play has already gained big market for site owners who want to add another extra bucks on their pockets. The program will make wave on February this year.
Believe it or not, this is something i don’t want to bear in mind. Is this something like Agloco? I do not want to jump on that early. Let’s see if this one of the scams or not.
Oh by the way, is it related to Pay Per Post? lol
i tried it but somehow grew suspicious. very bad cpanel.
